A few years ago I weighed 150lbs. I lost 25 of that. Well recently I gained back 9 lbs. I have been trying so hard to loose it and I am just stuck. I exercise daily. I do Leslie Sansone walk at home dvd’s and Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred. But I am not seeing any budge in my weight lose. What do you suggest that I need to do to get these pounds off?

I haven’t exhaustively looked at everything on the site, but what I see, I like. As a physician-to-be, I really like that you’ve anchored the page in science fact.
