Mind Over Fatter!

Studies show and scientists agree that just thinking about exercising and imagining your body getting stronger and leaner can actually cause physiological changes in your body.  In fact, if you make a point of telling yourself that you’re losing fat while you are exercising, you’ll launch a mind-body connection that will help you lose weight faster. You can even do this lying in bed at night! While lying in bed, try to vividly imagine your muscles getting stronger and your body getting leaner, and you will actually get stronger and leaner while you sleep.

Many an Olympian has imagined herself on the balance beam, executing every inch of her routine the night before the big event. Visualizing success is part of achieving it.
